Should I Take Antibiotics Or Go To The ER After An Emergency C-section And Recent Loss, And My Stitches Are Now Oozing Pus?

I have had an emergency c-section on the 17 of March lost my little girl on the 19 of March my stiches suddenly started pussing out it was healing well I also have a urine bag which will be removed on the 17 of this month do u recomend antibiotics or do I need to go to the emergency room
