Should I Take Morning After Pill While On Birth Control?

I did not have my period this month due to cyst. I went to the doctor and recieved a pregnancy test that was negative and was given birth control. I have been using the birth control for a week. Last night durring intercourse the condom broke and I am worried about pregnancy. Should I take the morning after pill? What are my chances of getting pregnant from this?
