Should I Take My Blood Pressure Medications Tonight After My Readings Improved?

Hi, I am on atenolol 50mg and methyldopa 250mg twice a day as well as furosemide 60mg for hypertension with lupus nephritis. I also take prednisone, tacrolimus, cellcept and hydroxychloroquine. My blood pressure was still high 133/97 last week inspite of the the meds so I started monitoring my salt intake more closely. This morning my blood pressure was 108/77 and tonight it is 116/89. Should I still take the blood pressure meds and lasix? Should omit any? It is late to call my doctor now, so I would just like to know if to take these medicines tonight.
