Should I Use Thrombophob Ointment For Prominent Vein On My Penis After Using A Constricting Device During Masturbation?

Hi doctor i am 21 year male during masterbation i used some constricting device on penis and after that a hard vien appeared which become more prominent after masterbation i guess it is mondor cord it s been 2 months i am feeling this cord although i have no pain should I use thrombophob ointment on penis ?? Kindly suggest if anything needs to be done and if i should masterbate or not and how long will it take to resolve completely
