Should I Wear Scrotal Support All Day Despite It Causing Testicular Pain Two Months After Bilateral Varicocele Surgery?

Hi Sir, Its been 2months of bilateral varicocele surgery (for stage 3 ) and I still feel discomfort in scrotum and groin area and pain in both testicles.With inner I m able to jump or can excercise but without inner wear i feel pain and feel pain like some one is pinching.when i tickle my testicles feel more pain Also,after removing of inner wear testicles suddenly hanging lower than normal. Tried wearing scrotal support but more pain in that area. Should I need to wear scrotal support in day always?
