Should I Worry For Bleeding After Hysterosalpingogram?

I had a hysterosalpinogram around six weeks ago. I bled for the following 3 weeks and then started a period which lasted a week as per usual. I had one week where the bleeding was only minimal - usually after urinating I noticed a small amount of blood. Now the bleeding is starting again the same as after the hysterosalpinogram. Should I be worried?
