Should I Worry That I Contracted Hiv 15 Years Ago(2002)?

Should I worry that I contracted hiv 15 years ago(2002)? I've been married 13 years and have a healthy 12 and 9 year old. I am also healthy. I had a wild college life and can't remember if my OB tested me. I know it was a routine test in 2003 and 2005, but my files are now in storage. I am stressing because I was shocked to find out a cousin of mine is positive and now think "what about me?"
