Should Levothyroxine Dose Be Increased If My TSH Fluctuates And My Goiter Is Swelling?

Hi, Ive an underactive thyroid and my TSH has been moving around from 3.8 to 2.7 and down as low as 1.2 . I have a goiter which is swelling quite alot and have other symptoms also. I am on 75mcg of levothyroxine should i ask myGP to trial an increase.
