Should Lidocaine IV Be Continued Despite Its Side Effects?

I've had two sets, of 15 depo medrol injections in the past 6 weeks. I am about to have a 2 hour Lidocaine IV
drip this coming Tuesday, to treat Fibromyalgia pain and many bulging and herniated spinal disks...I have not been without pain,,it has actually increased... and am experiencing many side affects...I want to know should I still have the IV even with everything else going on ?
