Should Methotrexate Be Weaned Off Before Starting Naltrexone?

I have had RA since 12/2012 treatment methotrexate 15 mg have done well with that alone. However 12/2014 now have fibromyalgia failed treatment with Cymbalta. Would like to go on Low dose naltrexone, do I have to be completely off methotrexate, I am in the process of weaning off down to 10mg. Taking tramodol for the fibromyalgia pain until I go on low dose naltrexone.
