Should Microgynon Be Stopped For A Week For Taking Azithromycin?

Hi, I have just been given one dose of Azithromycin (4 tablets) and I know that this is likely to affect the microgynon 30 pill I also take. Should I carry on taking the contraceptive pill (not having sex obviously) or come off it altogether for a week? Thank you.
