Should Ovacare, B Long-F And Duphaston Be Taken By PCOs Parson?

i am 24 yrs old. I did scanning recently and i came to know that i have polycystic ovaries (only in right ovary) problem. i have thyroid problem also. the TSH value 4 months before was 6.42. I am taking glycomet SR 500 (twice daily), Ovacare, B Long-F, Duphaston (to regularize the menstural cycle) and also i am taking thyronorm tablets for thyroid (alternative days) i wanted to know whether the medicines which i am having are correct or can you suggest me something else. will i get conceived after taking all these medicines???
