Should Plan B Be Taken After Unprotected Sex?

I am an 18 year old female, i just started having sex this year with my boyfriend, i am not on birth control. While we were fooling around he went in unprotected for a couple of pumps, pulled out then put on a condom. After we had sex he went to see if the condom had and tear's. After some time we then began to fool around, he went in again unprotected, pulled out after some time and put on a condom. He said both of the condoms had spermicidal lube, but i am not sure if i should get plan b.
