Should Plan B Be Taken Despite Being On The Ortho Patch?

Hi! i just had sex and the condom slipped off. he came and i got some on my vagina and I am unsure whether or not that is got in me. I am on the 3rd Orthopatch (i just started taking the patch) so i was wondering if i can take plan b just in case or would that ruin my system?
