Should Synthyroid Be Continued In Person With Hyper Thyroid?

HI, had radioactive iodine for graves disease about 2 years ago taking 88 mgs of synthyroid but have developed hyper thyroid symptoms again, racing heart, sweating, dizzy, dry skin etc, lowered the dose but still having issues, wont have coverage until next week....been taking propanol to ease the symptoms should I still take the synthroid if I am already running hyper? ch
