Should Tripride And Clopitab Be Taken For Pain In Chest?

Hello doctor, My name is Shyam age:43, Recently i got some pain in the chest, Actually i take pentaprazole alternate day, That i did not taken when i got pain. I went to hospital by walk doctor said you have got stroke and angiograme is required immediatly. After that angiogram there is no blockages found and they adviced me to take metxl-25mg, homochek, tanact 40mg clopitab-A 150mg and triolmitor 20mg, and tripride 2mg. I am a diabetic patient before this treatment. can i continue all this mediciens? where i have no blocks in the heart. please advice me doctor.
