Should Vertin Dosage Be Tapered Before Withdrawing?

Hi doctor I have giddiness since 4 days and I am taking vertin 16mg twice a day I am fine while sitting or walking but fell ditsy while sleeping , for how long should I take the tablet and do I have taper the tablet to a lesser dose before istop the medicine
