Should Warfarin Dosage Be Increased For Low INR Levels?

I take warfarin for factor 5 liedon disease. Within the past three months I have gone to an all organic diet with still some red meat and chicken. I ve added b complex and a and d vitamins, raw tumeric, sometimes a little raw ginger, and, folic acid (which has been in my diet since open heart for thromboentarectomy) to a morning shake with bananas , grapes, strawberries , apples, and oranges. Hummus and tortillas at lunch, dinner with no vitamin k in it. My inr is sooo low that I have had to increase my dose from 5 mg/7.5mg alternating days to 10 MG daily (prescribed by doc). Still my inr remains drastically low. Oh and I quit drinking alcohol entirely 2 months ago and am practicing reiki. Do any of these foods or practices scream out don t take to you??? Thank you in advance
