Should A Week Break Be Taken In Between Rigevidon And Microgym Contraceptive Pills?

I have been using rigevidon contraceptive pill for 3 years but now i have just been prescribed microgym instead and i am just about to finish my last pack of rigevidon. Before i start microgym do i have the 7 day break like i usually would? Or do i immediatly start the new pill? Help needed. Thankyou.
