Should Anti-rabies Treatment Be Taken When Only Bite Marks Are Visible?

a roadside dog tried to bite me yesterday night as i foot on his tail ... as i was wearing heavy jeans , his teeth could not reach my skin .... so no blood, no scratch ...... no pain either just his light teethmarks(three dot ) were visible which vanished in 20 min . i taken ti-tenuous injection and cleaned the area with alcohol pad .... should i have to take anti rabis ?
