Should Arm Bleeding After Dialysis Need ER Admission?

Doc... My dad has been home from dialysis for an hour and a half. For the first time ever his arm is still bleeding over the bandages... Can you please let me know ASAP if I need to take him to ER. I'm not sure if this helps but he has been on dialysis with the same arm for 17 years. Thanks
