Should Blood Filled Blister Be Drained Caused Due To Cryotherapy On Finger?

Hi, my daughter had cryotherapy applied to her finger to remove a wart yesterday. It was quite painful for her. Now she has a huge blood blister. Do you recommend draining the blister orb leaving it alone. I was concerned about spreading the virus.
