Should Cardiologist Be Consulted For Pain In Chest?

My daughter-in-law, 25 yrs. old, had a virus last week and was throwing up a lot. As part of the tests the doctor performed, he did an ekg. It came back abnormal. The same thing happened last year where another ekg was abnormal, but the cardiologist said she was a healthy young woman, with no history of heart problems, put her on a monitor for 30 days & nothing showed up. Now, her primary is asking her to see a cardiologist again. Wondering what can be happening. This time she had chest pain that sometimes would travel her entire chest. She weighs about 115 lbs.
