Should Contraceptive Pills Be Continued Despite Having Delayed Periods?

Hi doctor. I ve been married from one year now and I m on Familion. For this month my tablet ended on 15th but i extended the course for 7 more days and ended it on 22nd. I ve still not got my periods and my next cycle starts from tomorrow. I m worried.. Should I start the next tablet from tomorrow even if i dont get my period. ? Is there a need to consult a doctor ? Please Help
