Should Copper T Be Removed Due To Pain, Swelling, Bleeding After Intercourse?

Hi, i m 27 yrs old, i m hvng 5 mnth old baby, after consulting with doctor in the 3rd mth i had got inserted copper t, last months i got periods and the 2 day its overflow and from last month when we are doing sex i m feeling next day very week and feel like swelling as well i feel like continuously urine, after urine it little bit bleeding & its very painful. please suggest whether i should remove copper t@
