Should Dermoid Cyst Be Removed When Suffering From Stomach And Back Pain?

i have a dermoid cyst 3cm in size it wasn't getting bigger for 2years with 2cm in size ,i also have pelvic congestion and a delayed period,i want to know wheather shall i remove this cyst as my doctor recommends or there is no harm living with it knowing that i suffer from severe pain in my back and stomach ,,,thanks a lot
