Should Emergency Contraceptive Pill Be Taken For Unprotected Sex?

I have PCOS syndrome and am on Crisanta LS for past 3 months. However, I had unportected sex during the 4 day break (after which I need to start new pack). Can it lead to pregnancy and should I take an emergency contraceptive pill..its just 48 hours from sex?
