Should Extra Dosage Of Menogon Be Taken For Low Estradiol Hormone?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Pleashi everyone..i've been taking menogon 150 for 7 days.when i went to the doc she told me that the estradiol hormone is way too low(44) when it should be over hundreds...
then she doubled the dose and gave me 300 for 3 more days...
my question is should i continue or what...is toooooo painful and i don't know if my body will react the way it should. help plz
