Should Fluid Be Kept Ready During A Valsalva Manoeuvre?

YYYY@YYYY My question is should fluids be readied during the performance of a valsalva manoeuvre. Case - 27 year old female SVT, Rate 233, BP 108/68 (States normal BP 100 systolic), 27 weeks pregnant, second pregnancy, first no complications. This episode appears stress related as she has been arguing with her family. Happens quite ofter. Regards Ed
