Should Haemoglobin Levels Be Increased While Suffering With Endometriotic Cysts?

Hello doctor, I have been diagnosed with endometriotic cysts with homogenous quality and two different doctors have advised two different course of actions. One includes raising my hemoglobin levels with iron pills 3times a day and an antibiotic and the second course includes taking crisanta LS and endosis. I am confused and would is the right course to follow as my hemoglobin level is 8 and very low blood count. Also I have thyroid for which I am taking Thyrox-50. Looking for help!!!!!
