Should I Be Worried About My Swollen Lymph Nodes?

hi i have a swollen lymph node on the left side of my neck for about to weeks now,its moveable and doesnt hurt when i swallow or my gland are not swollen on the outside of my neck.i think now i can see some whit dots but there very small so im not sure.should i be worried?
