Should I Go For Circumcision If Having Bacterial Infection On Foreskin?

hi doctor. im 19 year old boy from malaysia. when i was in the national service camp there were somekind of semisolid yellow color tings coiming out below ma foreskin. then the doctor said there is no poblm, only bacterial infection, after few days the ting stop when i took the medicine. but then all ma tcher n frens n parents are asking me to circumcision using laser. i wanna know wheter do i need to do it, wats the benefits
