Should Knee Surgery Be Done On Both Knees At The Same Time?

i'm currently using "diclfenac" cream on my knee's that are so very painful. xray;s showed that i need nknee surgery on both knee;s. my question is whether or not i should have both knee's done at same time. i do hope so,,to ease the time to heal for both and perhaps therapy afterwards will be sufficient to finally make me free of pain after this long and tiring battle.
