Should Ligmant Stitch Surgery Be Done For Recurring Dislocation Of Shoulders?

Hi I m Nilesh, I have fell two times on my right hand and consequently my shoulder join was dislocated and due to that now I am facing dislocating of shoulder even in gym while doing shoulder exercise. So I visited doctor in mumbai and he prescribed me OMEZ capsule and HIFENAC-P tablet. and he has asked me to go for MRI scan. can I avoid it and continue my light weight exercise and what will be possible solution for this? and should I undergo ligament stich surgery as my doctor has asked me to do?
