Should Medication Be Used Along With Nebulizer For Shortness Of Breath In A Child?

Hi, my son is 2yrs and 8 months old. During night he suddenly woke up with little barking sound. We checked and find that he has breathing trouble. So we used nebulizer with levolin .63mg. He is feeling better now. Is there any medication necessary other than nebulization. Not sure why it started suddenly, but remember that while going out the evening yesterday, bore was drilled yesterday with all over smoke. He might got infected with that. Regards, Kamakshi.
