Should My Mom Continue Glycomet, Telma AM, And Ecosprin If Her Sugars Are Slightly High, Considering She Feels Weak On Telma?

Hi, my mom has been through covid in December and recovered.. docs stopped her insulin last month and started glycomet 40.. her hb1ac reports were 7.5 on 3rd April. Now her meds are Glycomet 40, Telma AM , and ecosprin for a month.. after which docs said to check sugar at home n stop the meds. N show her last time..on this 3rd May.. I don t wnat my mom to go in crowds in the hospital seeing the situation... Can anyone help? Does she need to continue the meds ? Her sugar is 116 and 162 after meal. And with Telma she get s little weakness on n off. Thank you.. plz help
