Should One Week Break Be Given To Insert Nuva Ring After Removal?

Hi, I accidently left a nuvaring in for 5 days too long, which time I was spotting. Was supposed to remove it on Monday, I removed it on Saturday. I would like to stay on my original schedule. Can I still insert the next ring on the regularly scheduled Monday, or must I wait a full week from the day it was removed? Thank you.
