Should The Blackhead Stitch Be Put Again?

I had a black head removed today that seemed to be impacted. I thought maybe it was a mole but the doctor said no. It was between the size of a small pea and a pin head and had become hard. It was sent to pathology but doctor doesn't think it is anything but a blackhead. I had 3 stitches put in and it is a little sore. I think have popped my one of the 3 stitches by over exerting myself. Do I need to have the stitch put back in?
