Should The Buttocks Be Checked During Physical Examination?

I have a female dermatoogist(MD). I have told her of my history of skin cancer. When she does my annual physical she does not have me remove my undershorts or examine the buttox and areas that I cannot see. Should I ask her to do this rather suggestive thing?
