Should The Fluid Filled Fallopian Tubes Be Removed Along With Ovaries?

i had a hysterectomy in ten years ago .and my ovaries removed on two differnt surgerys due to cysts. and just had a surgery that they removed a fallopian tube which filled up with fluid . Shouldnt the doc have removed this years ago with removing the ovaries?
