Should The Half Cut Mole Be Separated From Body?

i recently caught a mole on my chest and half of it has come away from the skin. The bit that has come away has gone black so i am assuming it is dead but there is a bloody hole under it where the skin has torn. Will i have to have all my mole removed and if so can i have it frozen off?
