Should The Lumps In The Breast Be Removed Surgically?

Hi Dr

Yesterday my sister (20 yrs) visited gynec for lumps in one of the breast ,she was shocked to know that she have to undergo sergical removal. Tomarrow ultrasound will be done.

My query is that what is the chance of cancer at such a low age and what a chance of her servival if she diagnosed with cancer.
