Should The New Package Of Contraceptive Pills Be Started After Menstruation?

i just started on the ortho tri cyclen right after my first cylce i now just got my period 3 days late according to the pill circle and i should be starting a new package but im not sure if i should wait for my cycle to end or if i should keep going with my pills?
