Should The Ovarian Cyst Causing Pain With Abdomen Swelling Be Treated Early?

I have a cyst on my left ovary. I however, do not have medical insurance nor the funds to pay to go to the doc. I'm a 21 year old college student. The pain from it has gotten worse & my abdomen has swollen where I guess the cyst has grown. How important is it for me to get this checked out? I cannot have any pressure what-so-ever on that area. I feel like I can't even go out & have fun because I never 'feel good'. I know I need to get it checked out but I was wondering if I could get some info before I go spend $1,000s more at the doctors office.
