Should The Pills Be Stopped After Missing A Dose?

i have been on tri-sprintec for about 18 months now without any complications or irregularities. i was on the 7th pill in the first row when i had a slip up and had unprotected sex, now i am on the 2nd pill of the 3rd row and had some very light pinkish colored blood when i wipe only- and it only happened once. i did take the 14th pill a lil earlier then normal and the 15th pill a lil later then normal due to being away. should i continue my pack of pills as normal or stop taking them and let the period happen which should be next week?
