Should The Small Cysts In Ovaries Be Removed?

Hello, I had the ultrasound done today to check the cyst is its their as I had got operated 2010,for rupured left ovarian cyst. Todays results is: A small cyst measuring 10*09mm seen in the right ovary,no internal echoes seen,most likely dominant follicle. Right Ovary measures 30*19 mm , Left ovary measures 25*17 mm. Could you please answer below questions. 1. Is the report results is fine? or do i need to do something to clear the small cyst. 2.What is the dominant follicle? 3. Can i concive?(my last period was Feb 2)
