Should We Try To Conceive Naturally Or Proceed With IUI Given My Husband’s Improved Sperm Count?

Hi Doctor , I am 30 year old women married since 2.8 month , my husband is taking maxoza I and Fertomid tablets for 3 month and after taking tablets his report is 30ml now . My doctor given me Aculav 625mg tab ,Chymoral forte,Clingen 3supp,siphene 100 on my day 2 . With this tablets can we try naturally or we need to go for IUI . Please suggest.
