Should You Stop Taking All Opiates Before Taking Ibogaine?

should you stop taking all opiates before taking ibogaine ? if so for how long before? how long after taking it can you take a clonipin or other sleeping aid if need be? i am a chronic pain patient due to car accident and want to get off meds before trying to get pregnant. will taking the ibogaine have any after affects if i go back on the medication after giving birth?
