Sick For Almost 3 Months.... Started With GI Bug. Nausea/vomiting

Sick for almost 3 months....

Started with GI bug. Nausea/vomiting x 2 days which resolved then had daily morning headaches. 1 week later had URI, then 2 weeks later treated for sinusitis d/t dental pain, maxillary pressure and headaches. Augmentin and medrol dosepak without improvement. Then began levaquin and prednisone burst and still no relief. Pain triggered migraines which have mostly resolved but have been to dentist, tried acupuncture, ENT and neurologist. Nasal endoscopy negative and ct scan only showed minimal mucosal thickening of max sinuses. Cbc, cmp, tsh were normal just slightly elevated lymphocytes. Lyme titre negative. tried food avoidance, nasonex, claritin. Secretions are clear, but I don't have cough or throat clearing or other allergy symptoms. Even started clarithromycin 10 days ago and another round of prednisone and still have max dental pressure and nasal pain and pressure. I read this could be related to Silent reflux so trying zantac and prilosec but it's only been a few days.

No one seems to be able to give me any answers. Only other issue is swollen l cervical lymph node x 4 or 5 months. I'm desperate for any advice or suggestions and just want to feel better!
