Side Effects Of 0.5% Marcaine In Breast Surgery Does It

Side effects of 0.5% Marcaine in Breast surgery does it effect your tissue ? I had breast cancer surgery and my incision did not heal. I don't know it had to do with the blue Methelyn or the Technetium99 injection. My skin was realy hard I thougth it was the surgical glue (dermabond) but after that came off, my outer skin was still darkblue and hard to the surface. Lab report stated Fibroadipose Breast tissue with extensive fat necrosis. Skin with FOCI of epidermal acute and inflammation ,parakeratosis and degeneration. Dermis with with FOCI of acute and chronic infamation, Granulation Tissue , Hemorrhage, and Necrosis.
What does that mean?
